(7-12 years old) Advanced techniques in the areas of submissions, takedowns, passing the guard, striking and kicks are taught in this program. At this level, students are given an opportunity to earn a junior black belt. Through participation in mat chats, community involvement and personal growth and awareness, students develop character strengths that help young people grow up healthy, caring and responsible.
